Our Story
Two traditions, one copper wok.
Copper Wok was born out of a love letter to the spice route — the path where desi masalas meet Szechuan chilis, Thai basil, and the roaring heat of a well-seasoned wok. From Lahore to Delhi to New York, the flavors we grew up with don't pick a lane — and neither does our kitchen.
Behind every plate is a team of chefs with deep roots in Indian and Pakistani cooking — blending family recipes with fine-dining technique, then translating it all through the heat of the wok.
All dishes we serve are 100% halal, sourced from trusted purveyors and prepared to strict standards — so every guest can dine with confidence.
